Handmade Product Disclaimer

Minor imperfections such as air bubbles in concrete or slight discoloration in wax are normal.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept these variations as part of the charm of owning a handmade product.

Returns and Exchanges​

• Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged due to transit, notify us within 24 hours of delivery at info@concretecandles.com.au. Please include photos of the damage for assessment.

• Non-Returnable Items: Due to the custom, handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless there is a significant defect unrelated to normal variations.

• Candle Care: Failure to follow the provided candle care instructions voids any claims for replacement or refund.

Pricing, Delivery, and Processing

• Processing Time: All orders are made to order. Please allow up to 10 business days for production before dispatch. Delivery times vary based on shipping location and carrier.

• Delivery Services: Orders are shipped via Australia Post or CouriersPlease and include tracking. Remote locations may incur additional fees, which we will communicate before processing.

• Pricing: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price displayed at checkout is final.

• Responsibility for Delivery: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, holidays, or other external factors.
